Welcome to the newly created Mushroom City Department of Motor Vehicles. First, I would like to explain why I made this site because I really like Mario Kart. I thought it would be fun to start something in a field guide-like format, so I created this. What I plan to post is information on racers, tracks, items and many more to come.
